1. The 3rd HIMAP Awards 2024 will be managed by the HIMAP Award Screening Committee to be composed by the following:
   1. Chairman - Nei Bumanglag, Executive Director of HIMAP
   2. Member - Jeanette Carillo, Director of iBPAP
   3. Member - Maria Tess Loring, Director of DTI-EMB

The HIMAP Award Screening Committee shall have the following functions:

1. Draft the general guidelines, rules and proceedings of the awards;

1. Sign up and screen Awards Presenters;
2. Approve all HIMAP Awards related announcements to be sent out by the Secretariat to the members;
3. Oversee the conduct of the screening process;
4. Collect and safekeep the results of the screening process
5. Organize and oversee the awarding

1. Each of the HIMAP Awards will have a company sponsor who will serve as the “Award Presenter”. The Award Presenter shall have the following functions, duties and responsibilities:
2. Draft/create, in coordination with the HIMAP Award Screening Committee, the “fine print” of the awards mechanics and screening process;
3. Process the screening of nominees:
   1. Communicate with the companies nominated;
   2. Receive, sort,    screen    the    documentations    submitted    by    the   nominated companies;
   3. Schedule meetings and interviews with the nominated companies;
   4. Determine the top 3 finalists for the award
4. Present the Award to the finalists and to the winner during the awarding

The award presenter will be in charge of the screening process for each of the award category requirements, for example:

• Nominees’ write-up about their company which contains the following but not limited to: brief description, locations, headcount size, products and solutions, milestones, etc. (all award categories)
• Documents pertaining to improvements through technology, revenue and headcount (as applicable)
• Documents (projects, programs, announcements, photos, videos, emails, etc.) substantiating the community development initiatives. Please indicate the name and nature of the initiative, private and government partner organizations, objectives and outcomes (as applicable)
• Provide write-up to expound the efforts to demonstrate sustainability, leadership and employee participation, relevance and social impact (as applicable)
• Attend meetings to allow the Screening Committee and the Awards Presenter to validate the submitted documents and interview the company representative/s on the specific awards criteria.

After the screening process, the HIMAP Screening Committee and the Awards Presenter shall identify 3 finalists for each of the award categories and shall be duly notified to attend the

awarding ceremonies on October 25, 2024, 5:30PM at the Bonifacio Hall, Shangri-La The Fort Manila, 30th Street corner 5th Avenue, BGC, Taguig City.

The awarding of winners for the HIMAP Awards 2024 will be done according to the following:

1. The Award Finalists - top 3 nominees after the screening of the Presenters will be announced by HIMAP via email and social media postings on October 16, 2024
2. The Award Finalists are required to attend the awarding ceremonies on October 25, 2024, 5:30PM at the Bonifacio Hall, Shangri-La The Fort Manila, 30th Street corner 5th Avenue, BGC, Taguig City
3. During the awarding ceremonies, the host will call the Award Presenter (1 company representative) for the presentation of the award
4. The Award Presenter will introduce himself and the company (3 mins max)
5. An AVP will be played showing the following (the Award Presenter should not cover this info in the introduction):
   1. name of the award category, description, criteria and mechanics
   2. screening process (show pictures or videos of the screening process in the wide screen)
   3. present the list of nominees
6. The Award Presenter will announce the top 3 finalists (in no particular order), award the trophies and take photos
7. The Award Presenter will announce the winner, award the trophy and take photos
8. The Award Winner will deliver a short message (not more than 5 minutes)
9. The Award Presenter, the HIMAP Board of Trustees and the Award Recipient will have a group photo
