Larah Sta. Maria is a senior operations and transformation leader with over two decades of experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. She currently serves as Vice President for Delivery Shared Services and Innovation at Concentrix Philippines, where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives spanning Training, Quality and Transformation. In her role, Larah is responsible for driving performance at scale across complex programs, while also shaping the organization’s long-term capability in AI-enabled delivery. She has been instrumental in building and operationalizing technology-led solutions, including the deployment of proprietary platforms that enhance agent performance, improve customer experience, and unlock measurable business outcomes for clients. Beyond operational leadership, Larah is deeply involved in advancing the Philippines’ position as a global leader in AI-powered services. She has led the development of innovation ecosystems—including build teams and centers of excellence—that incubate and scale new capabilities from the ground up. Her work bridges execution and strategy, translating emerging technologies into practical, enterprise-ready solutions. Larah is also recognized for her strong focus on talent development. She has built and led high-performing teams, championed large-scale upskilling programs, and driven initiatives that prepare the workforce for the future of work. Her leadership style emphasizes accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement, while fostering a culture of openness and collaboration. Outside of work, Larah values time with her family and enjoys traveling with them whenever possible. She is happily married and a proud mother to a 14-year-old daughter. In her downtime, she’s a self-confessed BTS Army and enjoys watching K-dramas and C-dramas.
